Shipping & returns

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days 

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

• USPS 
• UPS 
• FedEx 

Once your order has been shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number 
• The carrier is responsible for delivery 

BNI Shop is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays 
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation 
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Orders with incorrect addresses may:

• Be delayed 
• Be returned to sender 
• Require additional shipping fees 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused 
• Item is in original packaging 
• Fragrance has not been opened or sprayed 

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Opened or used fragrances 
• Items damaged due to misuse 
• Final sale items (if applicable) 

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at sales@bnishop.com
2. Provide: 
   • Order number 
   • Reason for return 
   • Photos (if applicable) 

         3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
• Include photos of: 
  • Product 
  • Packaging 

We will:

• Replace the item OR 
• Issue a refund 

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
