BNI Shop provides fragrance products for personal use. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities of any product 
• Discontinue products at any time 
• Modify product descriptions or pricing without notice 

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging or color may occur.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. BNI Shop reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order 
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer 

Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. BNI Shop is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers 
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer 

Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the package.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging 
• Fragrances must not be opened or sprayed 

Due to the nature of fragrance products, used items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Our products are intended for external use only. Please:

• Avoid contact with eyes 
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs 
• Keep out of reach of children 

BNI Shop is not responsible for misuse of products.

BNI Shop is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products 
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance ingredients
